The planned design focuses on the basics that make a late arrival feel normal: a smart entry lock with a code that is yours for your stay, well-lit parking and walkways, and exterior cameras on entrances and parking only. There are no cameras inside residences. We describe planned features honestly and do not make absolute safety claims.

Rent is intended to include furnishings, electricity, heating and cooling, water and sewer, internet, video streaming, in-unit laundry, parking, and maintenance.
