Flexible stays

Your assignment can change. Your housing shouldn't become another problem.

Our leasing model is designed around how travel assignments actually work. Everything here is intended or proposed, with final terms provided in your lease agreement.

The leasing model

Built around 13-week contracts.

Stays are intended to align with 13-week assignments, with agreed rent intended to stay fixed during the initial term.

Stays aligned to your assignment

Stays are intended to align with 13-week assignments. The agreed rent is intended to stay fixed during the initial term, so your housing cost is one less thing that moves during a contract.

Predictable renewals

We intend to offer predictable pricing for continuous 13-week renewals, potentially up to about 39 weeks. The goal is simple: if your assignment extends, your housing should extend with it, without surprises.

Shorter extensions

Shorter weekly extensions may be available at a different rate. Extension requests are subject to availability, since another resident may be arriving.

Assignment cancellation protection

If your assignment ends early, your lease shouldn't trap you.

This is a proposed protection. If an employer or staffing agency involuntarily cancels or ends your assignment, you may qualify for early termination with verification and seven days notice.

  • Applies to involuntary cancellations by an employer or agency
  • Requires verification and seven days notice
  • Does not apply to voluntary changes
Proposed policy, subject to final lease terms

We know assignments get cut short for reasons outside your control. The intent is to make that situation simpler, not costlier. Exact qualifying conditions, verification steps, and notice requirements are set out in your lease agreement.

Move-in costs

Know what you're paying.

Travel housing often means paying a fresh deposit every few months. Our intent is to keep up-front costs low and transparent.
