This Privacy Policy explains what information Shift Residences collects through this website, how it is used, and how it is stored. We keep data collection minimal and purpose-limited.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to submit through our forms. We do not require you to create an account to browse this site.

Priority list form

• First name and email address
• Preferred region, profession, and approximate assignment start month
• Expected stay length, number of occupants, and whether you plan to bring a pet
• Preferred contact method
• Your consent to receive email updates

Hospital and agency inquiry form

• Name, organization, role, and work email
• Phone number (optional)
• Regions of interest and approximate number of professionals housed per year
• Your message and your consent to be contacted

We also record basic technical information with each submission, such as a timestamp and the browser user agent string, to help us operate the service and reduce spam.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect medical information, health records, Social Security numbers, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through this site. Please do not submit such information in free-text fields.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you email updates if you have given consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, a managed database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to people who operate Shift Residences. We retain submissions for as long as needed to contact you about the development and to operate the priority list, and we remove them on request.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our forms from automated abuse, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile. When enabled, Turnstile performs a privacy-preserving check to confirm a submission is likely from a person. This process is operated by Cloudflare and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy practices.

Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

If analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-first. It does not use client-side cookies for tracking and does not fingerprint individuals. We use it only to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
