Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, a solicitation, or a binding commitment of any kind. Joining the priority list or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a residence or create any obligation.

We work to keep information current and honest, and we clearly label what is decided versus planned. Because the project is in development, details may change. We do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free at all times.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare and may use Cloudflare services such as D1 storage, Turnstile, and Web Analytics. Your use of the site is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift Residences is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this informational website.
