Our first community is planned for Pennsylvania. We are evaluating sites near major medical employment centers in Northeastern and Eastern Pennsylvania, including the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Lehigh Valley, and Pocono regions.
Phase 1 is planned as a small, two-story building of four private one-bedroom residences: two up and two down, with mirrored layouts and separate lockable entrances. The scale is intentional. A quiet, residential building rather than a large complex.
No site, address, or opening date has been selected. We are evaluating locations with strong access to healthcare employers and the everyday things that make an assignment easier to live through.
